Educational purpose

TradeSpark materials are provided for education, practice, and product evaluation. They do not replace official regulations, codes, manufacturer instructions, employer procedures, qualified supervision, or professional judgment.

No official certification or license

Practice exams, scores, badges, progress records, and in-app certificates are not government or industry certifications, professional licenses, or authorization to perform regulated work.

Safety

Technical work can involve electricity, pressure, heat, chemicals, machinery, vehicles, refrigerants, heights, and other hazards. Users must follow applicable law, safety procedures, manufacturer instructions, and workplace requirements.

Beta products

Beta and pre-release products may contain errors, change without notice, or become temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on a beta product as the sole method for emergency response, medical monitoring, certification, or critical safety decisions.

Heart Spark Beacon

Heart Spark Beacon is under development and is not currently represented as a medical device, emergency service, or substitute for 911, professional care, or appropriate supervision. Final claims and availability will depend on testing, legal review, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Intellectual property

TradeSpark Technologies names, designs, text, graphics, software, characters, and training materials are owned by or licensed to TradeSpark Technologies unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, submit malicious content, impersonate others, or use our materials for unlawful activity.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. TradeSpark Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific learning outcomes, examination results, employment, licensing, or fitness for a particular purpose.
